Sharing the news today (Nov 30), the helium exploration company said completion on the well is estimated to begin by mid-December.
According to a statement, the Boltz 25B well will be completed in two phases and the company is currently negotiating with drilling contractors for a rig to spud its second production well.
Spudding of the second well is expected to commence in January (2020), with completion and production expected to begin by February (2020).
To support the company’s efforts, Total Helium has today (Nov 30) also announced the appointment of Diana McQueen to its Board.
Having held various Alberta provincial cabinet roles during 2008 to 2015, including Minister of Energy, Minister of Environment and Water and Minister of Municipal Affairs, McQueen brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the role.
McQueen is also a board member of MEG Energy Corp.
