GRIT brings proven technology to Texas, US-based Summit, allowing Summit to expand its offering of quality products and services. GRIT is a recognised leader in the European refrigerant market, and is dedicated to research and development, and according to Summit GRIT will bring proven technology to it and the US market.
“The developing federal and state regulations in the US regarding refrigerants will increase the demand for the services Summit provides,” Summit said in a statement.
“These regulations also require significant investments in new equipment and enhanced HSE protocols. To service the next generation of refrigerants, additions to Summit’s facilities in Houston will begin immediately.”
