Showcasing a range of technological advances in gas analysis, Thermo Fisher Scientific (TFS) is delivering a webinar to present and discuss the latest innovations in FTIR gas analysis technology.
Typically only capable of measuring down to the mid-ppb (parts per billion) range, new leaps in FTIR gas analysis solutions now allow for routine impurity measurements at low-ppb to mid-ppt (parts per trillion) levels, rivalling the sensitivity of GC (gas chromatography)-based technologies.
Presented by Martin Spartz, Senior Director of Gas Analysis R&D at TFS, the webinar, ’Improved efficiency in bulk & specialty gas analysis using ultra-sensitive FTIR’, will discuss hardware and application advances in the sector, in addition to providing data from real-world bulk gas impurity monitoring in the ppt range.
With experience in developing next-generation FTIR gas analysis systems, Spartz also co-founded the company Max Analytical Technologies, which was recently acquired by TFS.
Going live on 7th September at 15:00 BST (10:00AM EST), the webinar will be hosted on www.gasworld.tv and is available for registration here.
