Unveiling news of the acquisition today (17th May), Premier Cryogenic Services said the purchase of Viper Cryogenics’ Lafayette facility expands its service area footprint northward.
Viper Cryogenics will now also take the Premier Cryogenic Services name.
Premier Cryogenics Services inspects, repairs, and rehabilitates all types of cryogenic equipment, and claims to be the largest such service provider of liquid hydrogen trailers and ISO containers in North America.

The Houston-based firm also sells and leases rehabilitated cryogenic and CO2 equipment of all sorts, and fabricates new CO2 transport trailers.
