Managing Director David Beirne said the new facility will enable the company to support continued growth and better support the demands of its customers.
It was officially opened yesterday by the Minister of State at the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government Damien English.
English said, “This 30,000 square foot expansion gives the company the increased capacity it needs to meet the increasing global demand for specialised gas measurement units.”
“A company with global ambition, Ntron are now selling into multiple markets including Europe, the US and even as far afield as India and China.”
“I am also delighted to learn that Ntron have experienced significant growth over a number of years and now employ 36 staff.”
“This success is attributable to the technical skills that you have on site here in Navan and demonstrates the exceptional engineering talent, coupled with a strong and driven management team of the business.”
Operating in Navan since 1987, Ntron is a market leader in oxygen measurement across a range of industries, such as pharmaceutical, gas generation and additive manufacturing.
Back In January (2019), Ntron became a part of the Process Sensing Technologies (PST) group of companies, resulting in a much more extensive product offering.
Ntron strives to exceed customer expectations through continuous innovation; by developing better and more efficient gas analysis and control solutions, by helping to maximise process efficiencies, by improving product quality to protect the health and safety of personnel and the environment and also by preserving capital equipment and investments.
Its vision of the future has been emboldened through the PST product portfolio.
