The helium supplied by Messer will help to keep the parade’s balloons afloat, including those shaped as popular characters such as Snoopy and SpongeBob SquarePants.

Approximately 3.5 million people are expected to attend the parade in New York, and more than 50 million expected are to watch the event on the television.
