The leading global industrial gases and engineering company will build, own and operate an air separation unit (ASU), which will provide oxygen and nitrogen to PT Freeport Indonesia’s new copper smelter and refinery in Manyar.
PT Freeport Indonesia is one of the country’s leading mining company’s and operate in the Mimika regency.

The facility, which will include a new copper smelter – the largest copper processing site in the world, is expected to start up in mid-2024 and will be host to one of the largest ASUs in Indonesia.
