Each seminar featured industries experts and video demonstrations to illustrate best practices, with analytical methods and safe cylinder handling also covered.
The series met an “increased demand for technical information”, according to the IWDC, which has made the webinars permanently available on its technical training platform IWDC University. The IWDC said it wanted to ensure its membership has ready access to all the resources provided by its members and vendor-partners.
Panelists and speakers included: Terran Bergdale, Quality Control, A-Ox Welding Supply Co.; Rachael Rahn, Specialty Gases Laboratory Manager, A-Ox Welding Supply; Luiz Pettracone, Specialty Gas Manager, Coastal Welding Supply, Inc; Nicholas Kaplan, Specialty Gas Regional Manager, Arc3 Gases; Ray Borzio, Global Calibration Gases, and Tom Badstubner, owner of AsteRisk, LLC.
Erica Janas, Director of PurityPlus, said, “Ensuring quality product is our top priority. The IWDC is a cooperative that was formed in 1994 which leverages the strengths of its independent welding distributor members across North America.
