The acquisition of the Nevada-based company marks Iwatani’s entry into the US speciality gases market.
Advanced Speciality Gases serves a wide range of industries including electric utilities, semiconductor, mobility and chemicals. Company products include speciality and rare gases as well as complex mixtures.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
