The LOX tank makes a total thus far of 244 propellant tanks and 95 water tanks delivered to ISRO for several space programmes over the past five decades, all varying between 2.5 and 8 metres in length and 2.1 to 4 metres in diameter.
The GSLV Mk III satellite launch vehicle has so far undertaken four launch experiments and will also be used during the Gaganyaan mission, which aims to carry three crew to Low Earth Orbit (LEO) before returning them safely to a predetermined location on Earth.
