In a letter sent out by David Watt, Dominion Technology Gases is now part of NIPPON GASES EUROPE, a company formed from the acquisition by Taiyo Sanso Nippon Corporation (TNSC) of former Praxair European businesses.
Nippon Gases Offshore will retain the assets, employees and management.
