Confirming the appointment on Wednesday (20th April), the Illinois, US-based firm said Burks will be in charge of continuing its success, as well as focusing on directing future growth and furthering sustainability initiatives.
Burks will lead with the advisement of Bill Auriemma, Diversified CPC’s CEO.

Burks joined Diversified CPC in 2018 as executive vice-president. Prior to his role within the company, Burks worked at Worthington Industries for 25 years in various sales, commercial and manufacturing roles.
