Following 35 years at the company with 25 years spent as owner, Dekker’s CEO position will be taken over by current CCO, Niels Beers.
Having previous held employed as Operations and Business Office manager, Beers was praised by Dekker as being an ‘honest people manager with a long-term focus’.
This will see Demaco’s management board, as of 1st January, 2022 comprising of Niels Beers, CEO and Jarno van Utteren, CFO.
Another change will see Maurice Dekker – currently Account Manager – taking on the role of Manager of Sales & Marketing.
Stating that he has ‘a lot of confidence’ in the new management team, Ronald Dekker added that he will continue to be involved with the company as owner and members of the supervisory board and business developer.
