The US cryogenic equipment manufacturer today (23rd June) confirmed the news, having received a full notice to proceed with the deployment of its technology.
In conjunction with the notice, Chart has also booked an order valued at over $260m, in addition to the approximately $50m already in backlog. Both orders were received from Bechtel.
gasworld understands Chart will begin recognising revenue from the project in 2022 with a multi-year staggered delivery schedule.
