A water treatment technology and solutions provider, AdEdge specialises in the design, development, fabrication and supply of water treatment solutions, specialty medias, legacy and technologies that remove a wide range of contaminants from water.
News of the acquisition follows the launch of ChartWater™, a division within Specialty Products that offers water treatment solutions. The division was born out of Chart and BlueInGreen’s water treatment commitments.

Commenting on the acquisition, Jill Evanko, President and CEO of Chart, said, “AdEdge is a perfect fit for ChartWater™. “We intend to offer AdEdge’s solutions for PFAS and PFOS removal, in a containerized package, using our Treatment-as-a-Service (TaaS) business model.”
As well as a number of water treatment solutions, the acquisition of AdAdge will also present Chart with a team of over 50 employees which will continue to be led by Rich Cavagnaro, founder of AdEdge.
