This device allows the company’s technicians to provide immediate and remote support when receiving the image that the customer is viewing.
In periods of limitation of movements such as that experienced during confinement in which it is still necessary to maintain an adequate level of assistance from the company, this technology allows shorter intervention times and minimises the risk of contagion for the personnel involved.
The system, based on artificial intelligence, has already been successfully used in hospitals and the industrial sector to provide remote advice on the execution of facilities, as well as the commissioning of cryogenic tunnels. In the current phase of return to normality, it is also a faster, cheaper and safer alternative to tackle maintenance tasks.
Carburos Metálicos also launched another initiative ‘Together’ to show its determination to continue supporting the more than 30 sectors of the economy it works with.
Carburos Metálicos has reinforced its usual face-to-face advice and training channels with others online where its clients can access training, resolve technical queries and resources for project preparation provided by the company’s own experts.
In addition, the MyCarburos platform has been reinforced with a greater catalogue of products and new functionalities such as facilitating the management of packaging, availability of legal documentation for projects or being able to repeat orders by scanning the label, among others.
