The deal is expected to complete during the first quarter of 2020 and will strengthen Atlas Copco’s position in industrial dispensing solutions.
The acquired business will become part of Atlas Copco’s Industrial Assembly Solutions division in the Industrial Technique business area.
Based in Neustadt an der Donau near Munich, Scheugenpflug specialises in highly automated system solutions such as dispensing cells and vacuum potting chambers.
