Headquartered in Michigan, National Vacuum Equipment is a manufacturer of industrial vacuum pumps and packages for mobile use on tanker trucks.
At present, the firm has approximately 100 employees and an annual revenue of approximately $26m.
Now acquired, National Vacuum Equipment will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division, within the Vacuum Technique business area.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
