The company’s portfolio includes hardware and software used to monitor and error proof defined production steps linked to the tightening processes.
Now part of Atlas Copco, the business will be integrated into the MVI Tools and Assembly Systems Division in the Industrial Technique Business Area.
On the acquisition, Henrik Elmin, Business Area President Industrial Technique, said, “Through NATEV’s solutions we will be able to expand our offering of positioning solutions.”

The purchase price was not disclosed.
