Based in North-Carolina, M.C. Schroeder Equipment distributes vacuum equipment and service solutions, with a sales network which covers the south east of the US.

The acquired business will become part of the Industrial Vacuum Division within the Vacuum Technique Business Area.
The purchase price was not disclosed.
