Air Diffusion is located in St. Etienne in the southern part of France and has around 15 employees.
With the new acquisition, the Swedish company increases its coverage in the region.

Air Diffusio has been acquired by Exclair S.A.S, part of the Atlas Copco Holding France. The purchase price was not disclosed.
