Awarded at the 11th China Philanthropy Festival, held in Shanghai, the prize recognises Air Products’ efforts to create a more sustainable word as it leverages its innovations and offerings for a better future.
Previously at the festival, Air Products has received the Overall Community Care Award three times, the Best Social Responsibility Brand award four times and the Best Community Programme Award twice.
Saw Choon Seong, President of Air Products China, said, “Sustainability is at the core of Air Products’ strategy. Being recognised for the seventh consecutive year at the festival is a strong testament to the passion and active involvement of all our people in fulfilling Air Products’ higher purpose and contributing to a sustainable world.”

Building on the company’s efforts to actively drive and participate in a variety of CSR activities, Air Products’ liquid nitrogen ambassador gas science education programme serves to foster the next generation’s interest in innovation and scientific thinking for safe and fun liquid nitrogen experiments.
Already, more than 150 sessions have been organised in over 20 cities, benefiting over 10,000 students and teachers in nearly 70 local schools.
