The French corporation is currently reviewing different scenarios of the potential sale but says no assurance can be given that the company’s research will result in a divestment.
The process will be carried out in the framework of the relevant social processes and ongoing dialogue with the employee representatives’ bodies.
The study into the sale is at the preliminary stages.
