The sales follows the agreement announced on 10th June (2019) with Fujian Shenyuan New Materials Co. Ltd.
Air Liquide China to sell Air Liquide Fuzhou
Air Liquide Fuzhou owns and operates the integrate gas complex in Fujian (Southeast China). The industrial complex sold includes a goal gasification unit, an air separation unit, a synthetic gas purification unit and an ammonia plant.
The transaction reinforces the ability of Air Liquide to invest in large industrial basins, including in China, and to focus on other high potential activities.
The decision is in line with Air Liquide’s climate objects.
