The exhibition will offer attendees an opportunity to find out more about the services offered by A-Gas for reclamation and recovery of refrigerants.
Experts will also be on hand to discuss the lifecycle management of refrigerants and provide advice on the end of life destruction to reduce the environmental impact of F-gases.
In line with its goal to become a Net Zero company by 2035, A-Gas will also be available to inform on the supply of low GWP (global warming potential) refrigerants in the wake of a phasing down of F-gases.
Announced in 2015, the EU F-gas regulation aims to move end users away from high GWP gases by reducing usage by 79% by 2030.
“The key driver is to continue to support and educate the industry on the added values and benefits of sustainability – particularly our customers,” explained John Ormerod, Managing Director, A-Gas.
“We have to help them understand what is possible, the solutions available and how they can help to lower the carbon footprint of their business.”
Through its A-Gas Rapid Recovery service, the company aims to safely and sustainably recover refrigerants on-site.
“Large quantities of refrigerant can be removed swiftly and safely by our mobile A-Gas Rapid Recovery teams before being transported to our reprocessing centres,” added Ormerod.
A-Gas will be in Hall 7, Booth 7-340 at the Chillventa 2022 event, to be held in Nuremberg, Germany from 11th – 13thOctober.
