The launch will allow A-Gas to extend its refrigerant recovery and reclamation services into Italy and southern Europe and follows completion of the company’s purchase of the Safety Hi-Tech reclamation business in Italy.

As part of the transaction, the company will continue to invest in the site and region of Abruzzo and integrate the existing workforce into the business.
Following the purchase of Singapore-based VEMAC Services, this marks A-Gas’ sixth acquisition. A range of purchases across Europe, one in Asia, and two in the US allows the company to maintain its position as a global leader in full lifecycle management of refrigerant gases.
